A: Lay out your workout gear the night before - be prepared.

Q: Please list your favorite workout:

A: 90 minute Tempo bike ride

Q: Any thoughts you want to share?

A: Training with a full time job (50-60 hours a week) and 3 kids does not leave a lot of time. Hire Coach Kevin and get the most out of it. His plans are simple, easy to follow. He is always available for you to talk to him or email.
